1 cup dates (Mejdol or any softer variety)
1/2 cup dessicated coconut
1/2 Brazil nuts (or walnuts)
1/2 cup almonds (pistachios)
3 tbs chia seeds
4 Tbs water
3 teaspoons of matcha powder (use cooking matcha)
