Whisk matcha powder in a matcha bowl (or wide mug) with a bamboo (or metal) whisk till dissolved.
Pour into a large glass (300-350ml) over 3-4 ice cubes.
Crush berries with a fork, leave them still chunky, but release some of the juice.
Add lemon juice, lemon slices and crushed berries to the matcha.
Top with fizzy water and serve.
