Serves 4
1 onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, crushed
450g potatoes, peeled and chopped
160 g edamame beans (frozen)
300g peas (frozen)
750ml vegetable stock (more if needed)
1 tsp frozen basil or a handful fresh basil
Salt and pepper
