Plant Based Diet – transition
More and more people are choosing to eliminate animal products from their diet. Whether this choice is driven by ethical, environmental or health reasons it is important to ensure your diet is nutritionally balanced. Swapping pork sausage for a meat free one will not lead to the health benefits that the whole food plant based diet has been shown to offer.
If you want to transition to a plant based diet, I offer guidance and support for you to do so in a healthy manner ensuring your body receives the nutrition it needs for optimal health. I will give you tips on how to balance your meals, provide you with recipes, and a meal plan to get you started.
Optional – we can visit a health food shop or supermarket together to help you navigate plant based options on the shelves, help you read labels and ultimately help you make healthy choices.
