About Me
I have always been passionate about food and science. Nutritional therapy allows me to combine these two passions. I graduated from the College of Naturopathic Medicine with a diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition and my studying has only deepened my interests and reinforced my belief in the power of good nutrition on health and wellbeing. A self confessed geek I have not stopped learning – research and learning are now my passion.
When I am not reading yet another book on nutrition, I love cooking and creating healthy recipes, walking my dog, listening to music and playing tennis.
I have over 6 years of experience and run my own Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy practice since qualifying.
Currently I lecture in Nutrition at The College of Naturopathic Medicine in Bristol.
I have also worked with supplement company Hifas Da Terra as their education specialist, where I became knowledgeable in the use of medicinal mushrooms.

A diploma in Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy from the College of Naturopathic Medicine in Bristol.
Additional cancer support training – NTEC in Nutrition and Cancer from the Institute of Optimum Nutrition

I am a member of BANT (British Assocation for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine); ANP  (Association of Naturopathic Practitioners) and BSIO (British Association for Integrative Oncology)
